SHIPPING POLICY

Each piece of jewellery is hand made in Devon, UK. Many of the pieces available for purchase from our website are made specially to order so we ask you to please be aware of our specified delivery / lead times.
UK DELIVERY

JEWELLERY
Delivery costs £3.99 per order. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure, next day delivery service which requires a signature upon receipt to ensure that your piece gets to you safely.
Please note that although this is a next day delivery service - we will need to prepare and in some cases make your piece. Therefore the next day delivery time is from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been finished and dispatched.
All goods in stock - please allow 3-5 working days from the date of your order, until your jewellery is dispatched.

ARTWORK
A courier will be arranged to transport your artwork and ensure it arrives with you safely. Courier prices are quoted from the courier company individually. This is to get customers the best postage fee possible.
A standard £3.99 postage fee will be applied at checkout, but this will be deducted from the courier cost. A separate courier invoice will be sent to the email you provide. This will need to be paid on receipt of invoice to ensure that there is no delay with the dispatch of your new artwork. Artwork will not be sent until the courier costs have been paid.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, then you can return your item of jewellery. Please read the return policy and instructions in this document.

1. Refund Returns - You must request a Return within 7 days of receiving the item and return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please follow the return of goods guidelines.
​
2. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Katie Twine Design receiving your return and all refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly returned will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.

3.. We cannot issue a refund or exchange on items that are incomplete, damaged or in an otherwise used condition.
​
4. We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased on our online boutique due to hygiene.
​
5. No returns can be offered on one off or bespoke piece.
​
6. Credit notes are issued in the name of the cardholder and are valid for 12 months. You can redeem a credit note against all full price and sale items on www.katietwinedesign.com

7. Katie Twine Design will not refund the original postage costs with the exception that an item is faulty upon receipt.
​
8. Returns received outside of the above stated timelines are accepted at the discretion of Katie Twine Design.
